I have been a Realtor for the past 4 years. And, I learned quickly that I did not look forward to working with buyers who were interested in purchasing bank owned properties. Much of this is due to the fact that it is so hard to get in contact and negotiate with the listing agents. My buyer, which I had been working with for the past three years, found a foreclosed property and I knew I was in for an unpleasant ordeal. Much to my surprise, the listing agent’s group was very pleasant to work with. Every time I called his office or his cell phone Bobby or his partner answered the phone and worked with me to make this a very pleasant experience for my buyer and myself. They were very professional and made sure that they had everything ready for the closing. Also this was the first foreclosure agent who actually showed up for the closing.  Bobby’s group is one that I will not hesitate to work with in the future.
